Tecno Fast develops conditioned spaces, bathrooms, dressing rooms, casinos and offices in a few days to meet the urgency of the establishments.
March arrived and with it the return to classes of colleges and universities. As this is a different year as a result of Covid-19, this has generated a series of infrastructure challenges, especially due to physical distancing for face-to-face classes.
According to data from the Ministry of Education, 40% of the country’s schools, in communes without quarantine, will return with some degree of attendance, and in the case of the 5,775 careers taught by 43 universities and 44 technical-professional schools, which participate in the unique access system, 9% of the programs will return to the normality of face-to-face classes that existed before the pandemic.
Among the measures and changes in the establishments that return with face-to-face classes are, in addition to security measures and reinforcement of hygiene protocols, incorporating modular rooms and spaces to ensure physical distancing of at least one meter. It is requested to mark the distance and avoid the concentration of more than 50 people in an open or closed space, which has reduced the classrooms.
Along these lines, one of the solutions to the needs of the infrastructure is the modular classrooms developed by Tecno Fast, which provide a better study and work environment for students. “In a few days, both colleges and universities can have equipped classrooms, bathrooms, dressing rooms, casinos and offices for as long as necessary,” explains Cristián Goldberg, manager of Rental and Home at Tecno Fast.
He adds that these are infrastructures that stand out for being fast, easy to assemble and disassemble, in addition to having an anti-seismic construction with excellent thermal behavior.
