Customer fire notice

Dear customers,

We inform you that yesterday afternoon, we suffered a fire in our facilities in Colina. Fortunately, these were only material losses and no member of our team was affected.

Firefighters are currently working on the scene to fully extinguish the fire. So they will continue with their work until tomorrow and the next two days we will focus on cleaning, order and cleanliness tasks.

We are collaborating with the authorities to clarify the causes of the incident and we hope to resume our normal operations as soon as possible.

Regarding the dispatches and withdrawals of modules, in the next 48 hours we will update the rescheduling of each of the projects in progress in order to be able to attend to them in the most timely manner possible.

Our post-sale service will continue to operate normally.
