The building is located in the east area of Santiago. This modular building is organized in two plants. The first floor considers a double-height space, giving it a greater sensation of spaciousness. The shape of the building creates a central space, similar to a square, which they share with their neighbors.

The modules were built in the Lampa Tecno Fast plant. They are structured in steel and concrete slabs. The project considered 14 modules with a total of 156 square meters in the first floor, and 217 square meters in the second floor. The modules delivery was conducted according to the agreed plan. The building includes climatization in all its areas. All external units were located in the roof and in a specially designed area of the second floor.
