EL MAURO RESERVOIR PROJECT

The Los Pelambres mine rented 4 camps for the workers who will conduct the construction of the new El Mauro Reservoir to Tecno Fast ATCO Renta for approxiately 30 months. This new work, which will allow to store the tailings of the great Los Pelambres mine, is located in Region IV, near Caimanes. For the project’s construction phase, they will host 2,300 workers there, among them manager, supervisors and workers. The dormitories are complemented with lounges, gym, kitchen-cafeteria, polyclinic and offices. This operation was developed along with the company Compass Catering, whom provides the project with food supples.
